Delicious. Meal was great. Portions were generous. One pancake was as large as a large plate. Too much to eat at once! Good experience. Good food.

Stopped in at Blueberry Cafe - Kettering today! The call ahead worked perfectly! Also pretty perfect was our service - Thank you Ally - and our breakfast! Ally was the nicest server, attentive and genuine... she was so welcoming and sweet. Our order arrived quickly, hot and well prepared - everything was delicious!! We will definitely be back!

Atmosphere: modern, family friendly, clean, however the staff did forget to update the wait list that we checked in once arriving since we called in advance in to the waiting list and only found out that we weren't checked in after waiting 45 minutes and asking for an update. Food: The portions are very big and the pancakes are really the size of the plate. Waffle was delicious but they did forget the blueberries and only gave a very small handful. Overall: Good food, some mistakes by the staff but our waitress was very nice.

The Good: 1) Pancakes were delicious. 2) Coffee was also excellent. 3) Nick, our waiter, was excellent. The (kinda of, sort of) Bad: Pancakes were delicious but were too flat (lacked fluffiness) and were too huge. I ordered only one pancake, but it was this huge thing on a big plate. Should make two smaller (fluffier) ones and put on a smaller plate. The Suggestions: Restaurant had little interior décor / design, so there was zero ambience, zero "warmth", nothing that said "Blue Berry Café", didn't even feel like a "café". Actually felt like being in a "pop up" restaurant or in a place still in the design planning phase. Suggest an interior designer. All that said, good experience.

Call ahead to get on the list. Everyday has long wait. Food was good, and the portions were huge enough to share. I got the veggie omelet with 2 biscuits and hashbrowns. I ate half of everything then had left overs to take home. I asked for potatoes to be extra crispy crispy and they were perfection. Service was good. Fyi On previous visit I asked for poached eggs and didn't want the yellow at all runny. It was totally runny. They remade it; came out the same. But alas my hubby seems to be the only one who can cook poached eggs the way I like. Had that issue in many other restaurants. Just was hoping they could be the exception.

The carryout food is always good and fresh- They are very good at packing the food so nothing gets soggy. Portion sizes are amazing for the price! Highly recommend! So happy they are in Kettering!

If there was ever a perfect replacement for the Golden Nugget in Dayton, it would be the Blueberry Cafe! They did an amazing job making this place their own. It's beautiful! I got the W platter. Wow! That's a lot of food for $13. I also got a half order of their biscuits and gravy. Some of the best in Dayton! The service! They all seemed happy to be there. It's like they recruited everyone from Chick Fil A! Haha Get ready for lines out the door. This place is going to be popular!
